Dread or Dead surf shop has been involved In SUP the minute Laird Hamilton & Robbie Nash showed the world what was going on in Hawaii . Basically it was the revival of an ancient Hawaiian water sport ( Stand up paddle ) bought up to date using modern technology & new exciting light weight materials. This allowed the old Hawaiian sport to achieve new heights in paddle racing , paddle touring , paddle surf & paddle fitness programs.

Dread or Dead SUP School offers three basic packages:
These lessons run twice daily; 10:00 am or 2:00 pm start,meeting at the Dread or Dead Surf Shop;
cost per person is $80 USD.
Our SUP Tours are designed to take you along the coastline of Barbados easygoing paddling that allows you too see the coastline from a different perspective.

The duration of all tours are 2 hours; cost per person $100 USD.
